David L. Althoff is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Duff & Phelps, LLC. Mr. Althoff provides corporate financial advisory services to clients on corporate valuation topics, the sale of privately held companies and the raising of debt and equity capital for acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth capital.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Althoff concentrated on middle-market mergers and acquisition lending at Harris Trust & Savings Bank. He has also held positions in the structured finance group at Scotiabank and the middle-market lending group at Boulevard Bank.
Mr. Althoff holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. with a corporate finance concentration from Drake University. |
