David L. Hall is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MidCountry Financial. Mr. Hall was Vice President of Special Projects for Alfa Corporation from 2000 through 2003. Mr. Hall served as a member of the Alabama Governor’s Commission on Education Spending in 2003. Mr. Hall was also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Liberty Financial Corp. from 1988 through 1999. Mr. Hall was Vice President and Controller of First Liberty from 1985 to 1988. |
