David J. Wolfson became a partner in the Global Corporate Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in 2003. Previously, he was an associate with the firm since 1993.
Mr. Wolfson's experience includes the representation of domestic and international companies in connection with a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, including bankruptcy-related restructurings.
He has significant cross-border M&A experience, and has recently completed transactions in several regulated industries, including energy/public utilities and telecommunications. Mr. Wolfson's practice also includes advising companies with respect to general corporate matters.
Mr. Wolfson received his B.A. from Duke University, and his CPE, Postgraduate Diploma in Law, from the College of Law, London, England, and he is a graduate of Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and the State of Maryland, and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. |
