David Zwick is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein and a member of the Patent Practice Group. David concentrates in patent prosecution in fields including the mechanical and electrical arts. Experience Prior to attending law school, David worked for over twenty years for a major U.S. telecommunications manufacturer. His last position was as a patent agent, where he prosecuted U.S. and foreign applications in the hardware, software, and systems design areas, as well as patents relating to manufacturing operations. He also managed the prosecution of trademarks, and maintained the division's U.S. and foreign patent portfolios. At Syracuse University Law School, David was a member of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter. Professional and Community Involvement David is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association. He is volunteering as an after-school writing tutor with Citizen Schools' 8th Grade Academy. Bar and Court Admissions David is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. |
