J. David Ziegler is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense, with a particular emphasis in Insurance Bad Faith Litigation, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Litigation, Professional Malpractice, and Construction Law. Mr. Ziegler is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and all Pennsylvania state courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ziegler worked in the insurance industry as a licensed all lines insurance adjuster for over four years in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Florida. Mr. Ziegler graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Finance. He received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the Gourley Moot Court Trial Competition Team as well as a member of the Corpus Juris Society. Mr. Ziegler is a frequent lecturer on construction and insurance law and has written several articles discussing issues relating to UM/UIM Arbitration and Bad Faith Litigation. |
