David J. Wine is Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of our general partner, President of Related Residential Development, and Chairman of Related Management Company, L.P. Mr. Wine, who joined our company in 1978, is responsible for the development, design, marketing and asset management of our residential properties. He is a director of the Public Art Fund, the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, the Design Industry Fighting AIDS (DIFFA), and Citizens Housing and Planning Council. Prior to joining Related, he was a multi-housing representative for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Urban Studies and from New York University with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
