Mr. Schulte has been a Managing Director of the Adviser since 2002 and is also a Managing Director of KCEP. Mr. Schulte also serves as President and CEO of TYG and TYY. While a partner at KCEP he led private financing for two growth MLPs in the energy infrastructure sector. Since February 2004 Mr. Schulte has been an employee of the Adviser. Prior to joining KCEP in 1993 Mr. Schulte had over five years of experience completing acquisition and public equity financings as an investment banker at the predecessor of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. From 1986 to 1989 he was a securities law attorney. Mr. Schulte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drake Univesity and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Iowa. He earned his CFA designation in 1992 and is a member of the Corporate Governance Task Force of the CFA Institute. |
