Mr. Libowsky has over 20 years of securities and commercial litigation experience in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. He was a member of the Securities Litigation in Close Corporations panel for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Second Annual Business Law Symposium held in October 2001. He was also a speaker at the New Jersey Organization and Sale of Small Businesses seminar for the third-year component of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Skills and Methods course held in September 2002 on the topic, Close Corporations: Federal and New Jersey Securities Litigation Issues.
Mr. Libowsky clerked for the Honorable Felix A. Martino, Judge of the Superior Court, New Jersey, Essex County, upon graduation from law school.
