David Lenny joined MVTS Technologies in December 2005 as Controller and brings over 16 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and accounting in a range of industries, both in the public and private sector. Prior to joining MVTS, he was the Controller at Relsys International, Inc., a computer software development company. Before his 4-year tenure at Relsys, David was Chief Financial Officer of Esquire Communications, Ltd., and for six years oversaw its merger and acquisition activities. In that position, he was integral to the company's rapid growth into the country's largest provider of legal services. David garnered extensive SEC compliance and reporting experience, and has also held controller and accounting management positions in New York City with the Corporate Printing Company and Mid-Manhattan Medical Associates. Before relocating to New York, David worked in public accounting at Grimes O'Connor & Company in Dublin, Ireland. He is a Chartered Accountant and graduated in 1989 with a Masters in Economics from University College, Dublin, Ireland. |
