Dave LaSota is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Finance Department and is a member of the firm’s Credit Tenant Loan Finance Group, Real Estate Group, Lease Finance Group, Project Finance Group and Federal Government Finance Group. Mr. LaSota focuses his practice on structured corporate finance transactions, including credit tenant lease mortgage loans, project finance, asset securitization and other institutional private placements and Rule 144A offerings of debt (both secured and unsecured). A sample of recent transactions in which Mr. LaSota participated include: Counsel to institutional investors in connection with a $29,375,000 construction financing of a medical office building on the campus of an Akron, Ohio based hospital. |
