David J. Butters is a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc., an investment banking company, where he has been employed for more than the past five years. Mr. Butters is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of GulfMark Offshore, Inc. (a provider of marine support and transportation services to companies involved in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas), a director of ACOL Tankers Ltd. (an oil tanker company) and a director of Grant Prideco, Inc. (a provider of drill pipe and other stem products). Mr. Butters acts as the "Presiding Director" of Weatherford's Board and, as such, he chairs all non-executive director meetings. |
