Mr. Butler’s practice is primarily devoted to the litigation and arbitration of securities and business disputes. Mr. Butler’s securities litigation experience includes representing securities broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer and industry disputes involving various sales practice issues in state and federal court and before the National Association of Securities Dealers and New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Butler also defends and prosecutes employment related claims for firms and affiliated individuals, including disputes concerning restrictive covenants and promissory notes. In addition, Mr. Butler has extensive experience in litigating complex commercial and insurance matters.
