Description of Practice:
David is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the real estate team. David is experienced in representing institutions, developers and pension funds as development sponsors and investors in the acquisition, development and financing of real estate. He also represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties as well as major financial institutions and borrowers in all aspects of commercial real estate financing transactions including: acquisition loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, and permanent loans. David also frequently represents landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating office, shopping center and retail store leases.
David is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the New York State Bar Association.
Educational History:
David received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2002 and his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell University in 1999, where he graduated with distinction. David is proficient in Korean. |
