Mr. Ward is the Chief Financial Officer of Voltarc Technologies Inc. a manufacturer of specialty lighting products. Since 1999 he has been a principal of Lighting Technology Holdings Inc. a holding company that purchased a manufacturer of lighting products.
From 1996 to 1998 he was part-owner Director and Chief Financial Officer of National Human Resources Committee Inc. an employee leasing company for human resources administrative functions.
In 1993 Mr. Ward retired from Deloitte & Touche after 32 years of experience focused on serving large multi-national clients. He has extensive experience in complex financial transactions including mergers acquisitions divestitures initial public offerings and many creative financings in the US and through the world.
He earned a B.A. and M.B.A. from Dartmouth College and completed the Advanced Management Program at The Harvard Business School. |
