Mr. Rogel concentrates his practice in all aspects of Community Association Law. He Rogel has experience representing the Firm's corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters including collections and foreclosure, employment disputes, fair housing litigation, administrative proceedings, and all other aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Mr. Rogel served as Assistant State Attorney for Dade County, Florida where he gained extensive trial experience in both the federal and state courts.
