Experience:
David Lee is a transactional attorney and partner in Mayer Brown’s Private Equity group. His practice focuses on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and venture capital and minority equity investments.
David joined Mayer Brown in 2007. Over the course of his professional career, he has handled a wide variety of transactions on behalf of numerous private equity sponsors, and he has advised clients on matters ranging in value from several million dollars to over $2 billion. A native English speaker, David is also fluent in Korean.
