Mr. Kremer is the senior member of the Firm’s Real Estate Department and chairs the Firm’s Corporate Department. His practice includes all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties. Mr. Kremer has particular expertise in development projects involving corporate facilities and headquarters complexes, including the various financing techniques employed in such projects.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Kremer is a member of the Real Property Section of the California State Bar. He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association and served as the Acquisitions Editor for Real Property on the Editorial Board of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. He is also a past chair of the Real Property Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. For the tenth consecutive year, Mr. Kremer has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America by that esteemed publication.
EDUCATION
Mr. Kremer received a B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1969 and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1978. At Hastings, Mr. Kremer was an editor of the Hastings Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Kremer also served as an extern to Associate Justice Frank K. Richardson of the California Supreme Court. |
