He brings over 20 years' experience in human resources and operations management, first with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and later as Vice President of Human Resources and a Board member with one of the world's leading printing companies, and has consulted since 1994. Dave is a veteran of more than 30 rounds of labor negotiations, 15 union organizing campaigns, and has been the HR project lead on several mergers and plant start-ups. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Dave earned a BA degree from Augustana College and pursued his graduate studies at Birmingham-Southern College. Dave is active in the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Institute of Management Consultants. A frequent public speaker and keynoter for trade association conferences, he is the author of "Pay for Performance," published by the National Association of Manufacturers in 1991.
