Vice President-Transmission Strategy and Operations Northeast Utilities Service Company & CL&P, PSNH & WMECO Electric and Gas Operating Company David H. Boguslawski is vice president Transmission Strategy and Operations for the Northeast Utilities system (NU). Boguslawski is a native of Turners Falls, Massachusetts. In 1976, he earned a bachelor of science degree and, in 1977, a master of engineering degree, both in nuclear engineering, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut in 1980. He joined Northeast Utilities in 1977, working first in engineering and then in finance, where he was assistant treasurer and director of budgeting and business planning. In 1992 Boguslawski was appointed vice president Marketing and
Administrative Services for Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH), where his duties included marketing, customer service, rates, information systems, transportation and materials and facilities management. He was named PSNH vice president Customer Operations in 1994, responsible for engineering, construction and field operations. In 1996, he was promoted to vice president Energy Delivery for the Northeast Utilities system, vice president Transmission in 2001, and he assumed his present position in 2005. Boguslawski has completed the American Leadership Forum and the Leadership New Hampshire program. He has been a director of the American Red Cross (Greater Manchester, New Hampshire, chapter), a director of Dutch Point Credit Union and has been a coach in the Bedford, NH and Glastonbury, CT youth soccer, basketball, and baseball programs for fourteen years. He is a parishioner of Saint Dunstan’s Church. |
