Mr. Scott is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Natural Resources and Water & Public Lands groups. Mr. Scott's practice focuses on environmental and water law, including matters arising under the Clean Water Act, CERCLA and the Clean Air Act. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Scott was an associate at Hunton & Williams in Washington, DC. Mr. Scott also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Marian Blank Horn of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Scott was the Director of Projects and Affiliates for The Council of State Governments' Washington, DC office. He also worked for Congressman William H. Zeliff (R-NH) for five years, in both New Hampshire and Washington, DC, most recently as senior legislative assistant. |
