Mr. Adler was appointed Independent Director in April 2002. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as well as an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Council. Mr. Adler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern University in 1965 and received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in 1969. He is currently a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association. |
