In General. David joined Drinker Biddle from another firm, where he handled general commercial litigation matters, including securities, antitrust, contracts, construction, ERISA, finance, warranty and labor laws.
David earned his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1998 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and associate editor of the Villanova Law Review. |
