Mr. Snyder has served as a director on our board since our formation in March 2005. Mr. Snyder is the Vice President, Treasurer and a member of the board of directors of Snyder Associated Companies, Inc., a privately held natural resources, manufacturing company. He has served as Vice President of Snyder Associated Companies Inc. since 1976, and he has served as a director and executive officer of Snyder Associated Companies, Inc. for over 30 years. Mr. Snyder is also the Treasurer of Armstrong Cement & Supply Corp., the Vice President of Mark Ann Industries, Inc. and the President of Snyder Brothers, Inc. and has served in each capacity since June 1999. He currently serves as a director of The Farmers National Bank of Kittanning. Mr. Snyder holds a bachelor of science degree in business finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. David E. Snyder is the brother of Mark A. Snyder, who is also a member of our board of directors. |
