David Flitman was named President of Allegheny Power, the company’s energy delivery business, in July 2006. Mr. Flitman joined Allegheny Energy in February 2005 as Vice President, Distribution.
Prior to joining Allegheny, Mr. Flitman spent nearly 20 years with the Dupont Company, most recently as Global Business Director for the Nonwovens Business Group located in Old Hickory, Tenn. Mr. Flitman also served in various management positions in Dupont’s facilities in Michigan, Delaware, and Switzerland.
Mr. Flitman currently serves on the Energy Association of Pennsylvania Board of Directors and the Edison Electric Institute’s Distribution Committee.
Mr. Flitman is a graduate of Purdue University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. |
