Dave has spent 25 years in the public accounting arena, including five years with an international accounting firm. He has served companies in various industries, including manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, services, non-profits, retailers, and contractors. He has assisted clients in merger and acquisition transactions, debt financing, and the placement of equity securities. He reviews all financial statements prepared for major Allentown clients and serves as an audit and accounting technical resource. Dave is involved in the coordination and presentation of seminars relative to current and emerging audit, accounting, and financial reporting issues.
