David D. McKenery, Jr., is an associate with Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., and a member of the firm’s Commercial Law and Litigation Group and Corporate Services Group. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. McKenery has represented an array of business entities, ranging from closely held organizations to international corporations. He has also represented financial institutions. His practice includes litigating general commercial matters, technology matters, and matters involving securities. His practice also includes drafting commercial contracts, including joint venture agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and terms and conditions. Mr. McKenery graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University in 2002 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University in 2005, where he graduated cum laude and served as Associate Comment Editor on the Duquesne Law Review. While in law school, he also completed an externship with the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and served as a legal research assistant to Professor Kenneth E. Gray. Mr. McKenery is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His other affiliations include Family House, the Pittsburgh Technology Council, and the Association for Corporate Growth Pittsburgh. |
