Mr. LaCroix joined Cleary Gull from A. G. Edwards where he had extensive asset management consulting and portfolio management experience. Previously, Mr. LaCroix worked for Marshall & Ilsley Corporation, holding various client-oriented positions for over 25 years. As part of the M&I Capital Markets Group, he managed the merger/acquisition advisory service for small- and medium-sized private companies. He also worked with the private equity team in designing entrepreneurial-sponsored leveraged and management buyouts. Earlier in his career, Mr. LaCroix was responsible for national and local corporate banking relationships. Mr. LaCroix earned a MBA and a BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin. He has served as a member of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Investment Committee and has served as a Trustee for the Village of Shorewood and as Director/Treasurer of Milwaukee Summerfest. |
