Mr. Martin is a Senior Managing Director of Red Capital Markets, Inc. His responsibilities include the origination of financing opportunities for affordable housing communities throughout the United States including construction loans, taxable permanent loans, tax-exempt bond underwriting, tax exempt bond enhancement, and equity placements. Mr. Martin also serves as a Vice President of Red Capital Community Development Company, and specializes in integrating its construction lending platform with the long-term financing capabilities of RED CAPITAL GROUP. Prior to joining RED CAPITAL GROUP, he was a Director in Banc One Capital’s Housing and Healthcare Finance Group, Red’s predecessor entity. He is a graduate of the ABA Graduate School of Bank Investment and Financial Management, as well as a former Certified Public Accountant. He earned his B.S./B.A. degree with Honors from The Ohio State University. |
