David C. Kurland joined as a director of the Company in April 2007. Since 2001, he has served as Chief Counsel with Sunoco, Inc. (R&M), a major refining and chemical company, where he is responsible for regulatory and corporate compliance matters. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Kurland was Chief Counsel at Rohm and Haas, where he was also responsible for regulatory and corporate compliance matters. From 1989 to 1992, he practiced law with a mid-size law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he concentrated his practice in environmental law and commercial litigation. Mr. Kurland graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law cum laude in 1988, and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania. |
