Experience
David Williams has attained distinction in the areas of real estate and mortgage transactions as well as construction development. His practice has included the representation of owners and developers of commercial and residential real property as well as commercial lenders. Mr. Williams was previously Vice President and General Counsel with American General Investment Corporation, a national commercial lender located in Houston, Texas, and Vice President and General Counsel with Vantage Companies, a national commercial developer also located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Williams is an agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Chicago Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Williams is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Real Estate Investment Council. Mr. Williams has authored Deeds Conveying Real Estate for the Florida Keystone Lawyer’s Desk Library of Practice on Real Property Law and has lectured at the National Business Institute’s seminar on Lender Issues in Office and Retail Leases and at the Lorman Education Service’s seminar on Sale and Lease Issues. Mr. Williams has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
