David B. Picker has broad experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including contracts, commercial fraud and civil RICO, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, copyright, trademark, unfair competition, real estate, letter of credit, and trust and estate matters. Prior to joining Spector Gadon & Rosen, Mr. Picker was an attorney with the New York City law firm of Moses & Singer. During his tenure there, he also served as a Small Claims Court Arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court and authored two articles published in "Letters of Credit Report."Mr. Picker is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Picker regularly serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Mr. Picker received his J.D. magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law. |
