In June 2008 Mr. Rottino began as Linn Energy’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. His responsibilities include the Company’s accounting financial reporting treasury tax and internal control functions. Mr. Rottino’s career includes over 15 years of oil and gas accounting experience. Before joining the Company Mr. Rottino was the Vice President and E&P Controller for El Paso Corporation. Also he was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Canadian division of Burlington Resources as well as Burlington Resources’ Director of Financial Analysis and Corporate Accounting. Following Burlington’s merger with ConocoPhillips he served as ConocoPhillips’ Assistant Controller. Mr. Rottino is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BBA at Texas Tech University and his MBA at Texas Christian University. |
