Mr. Rich is a Vice President with Whitehouse Pimms. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has served large clients A.T. Kearney, Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte Consulting, Diamond, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He led the firm's efforts building a professional services organization for Ericsson. He has also served several boutique and mid-market consulting firms. Mr. Rich has completed consulting searches for positions with compensation from the low $100s to the mid $300s. In addition to his search engagement responsibilities, he's the firm's Chief Operating Officer - driving quality improvement through technology and process initiatives for the firm.
Early in his career, Mr. Rich was an Officer in the U.S. Navy. He served on several submarines, in roles including Weapons Officer, Navigator, and Executive Officer. In these positions he was responsible for operations, weapons employment, and the health and safety of the crew. Mr. Rich also served in the Pentagon on the Chief of Naval Operations Staff.
He received his MS in Engineering Management from Catholic University, Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
Mr. Rich lives in the Dallas suburb of Plano with his wife and daughters. He is actively involved in leadership and volunteer roles in church and local activities. He enjoys reading history and science fiction, and bike rides in hot weather a requirement in Texas. |
