David B. Beal received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Union College in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 1989. While in law school, he served as Managing Articles Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. Mr. Beal was admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in 1989 and to the bars of the State of New York and the State of Florida in 1990. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Beal’s practice encompasses all litigation matters relating to employment law, ranging from actions brought under state and federal statutes to breach of contract and common law tort actions. He practices before the state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Mr. Beal also represents clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings, and regularly advises management on ways to resolve conflicts or avoid litigation with respect to employment matters.
Mr. Beal is a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Labor and Employment Sections of these associations. |
