One of the country's leading experts on cost analysis, and an applied mathematician, Dr. Lee works on rational models for cost analysis and estimation and earned value analysis, as well as probabilistic models of tactical air engagements and campaigns. He originated LMINET, LMI's queuing network model of national and international airspace systems. He was the staff director of OSD's Cost Analysis Improvement Group and headed the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He has been with LMI since 1996 and holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri, an MS in applied mathematics from Brown University, and a PhD in mechanics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. |
