Mr. Hicks oversees client engagements and new business development in the Western United States. Prior to joining Cash Management Solutions, Mr. Hicks was Director of Business Development at Kelly Law Registry, the legal placement and outsourcing division of Kelly Services, Inc. Earlier, as Director of Sales for Integrity Interactive Corporation (ethics and compliance programs), Mr. Hicks focused on the financial integrity requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation as well as the sexual harassment prevention provisions of California’s AB 1825. Previously, Mr. Hicks was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with iEnvision Technology, Inc., a legal industry technology consulting and integration concern. Mr. Hicks graduated cum laude from Princeton University and received his law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. His publications include contributions to the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Mr. Hicks is a member of the Legal Marketing Association - Bay Area Chapter, and the Bar Association of San Francisco. |
