David A. Hargraves was appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief of Retail Banking in October 2004. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Hargraves served as the Regional Vice President for Community Relations at Citibank; where he was responsible for Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. In this role Mr. Hargraves was responsible for 108 branches with regards to community program, sponsorships and community development. Mr. Hargraves joined Citibank in January 1990 where he held a variety of positions from Sales Manager to Area Manager, and was responsible for many branches within the Citibank system. As the Queens Area Manager, he developed strong working relationships within the community to help advance the strategic vision of Citigroup. From June 1999 to December 2000, Mr. Hargraves served as the Executive Vice President for the Eastern Queens Division at Citibank, where he was responsible for over $1 billion portfolio of deposits and investments; managing balance, liability and margin growth. Mr. Hargraves is a registered NASD Principal holding Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses as well as New York State life and health licenses. |
