Mr. Laha began his consulting career with Arthur Andersen, and subsequently held key positions at PwC and IBM Global Services. Mr. Laha is an acknowledged expert in life sciences business dynamics, program management and in supporting technology needs analysis. He has been a key player in rendering ROI-based value propositions, leading cross-functional teams and establishing global strategic alliances. Prior to Vislation, Mr. Laha built a successful strategy and solutions-based ERP practice while at a Chicago-based consulting firm. Mr. Laha has made a career of helping biopharmaceutical companies implement meaningful solutions that increase operational effectiveness.
