David Fallace is Vice President of the GF Private Equity Group and serves on the company's Investment Committee. In that role, he is involved in all investment proposals considered by the company. He also conducts extensive research involving private equity funds and specific business and asset investment opportunities. He takes an active role in the acquisition process, due diligence research during the acquisition phase, and the monitoring of companies after investment. Mr. Fallace is currently a director of Calpont, Amphora, Madison Grey, Kotura, and Cswitch, and is a board observer of Alfalight. In the past Mr. Fallace served as a board member on Impinj, Pathscale, and as a board observer of Teros. Mr. Fallace earned a B.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University, and he has an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo, specializing in Finance and Tax. He is a member of the Bar of New York State. |
