Dave Dunlap is responsible for ServiceSource's infrastructure operations, including Information Technology, Operations, and Facilities. Dave leads the significant investment ServiceSource makes in our CRM, reporting and analytics applications. Prior to working at ServiceSource, Dunlap held executive positions in sales, marketing and business development at Intraware, where he negotiated complex partnerships with leading technology manufacturers, including Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Sybase, and Business Objects. Dunlap led a team of 75 individuals as chief operations officer, successfully designing, deploying, and managing systems infrastructure projects, including PeopleSoft Financials, Salesforce.com, Remedy Software, and two world-class data centers. Previous experience includes financial systems project manager at PeopleSoft and vice president of operations at Dataflex. Dunlap holds an undergraduate degree in government from Cornell University. |
