With a new degree in applied math and computer science from the University of Michigan, I joined Malloy to help the company make good use of its first computer. I intended to stay for "a couple years" but things don't always work out as planned. I was having so much fun working with others to create systems to help us all work better together that I stayed! I also was eventually able to earn an MSE from U of M in industrial and systems engineering. Over the years, Malloy has been very successful at designing and implementing improvements in our manufacturing and administrative processes and systems throughout the plant and I've had the pleasure of contributing to much of this work. I'm especially enthusiastic about our workflow management systems and our company focus on increasing our value to our customers! |
