Dave has been with Polaris Venture Partners since May 2000. Previously, Dave served as chief operating officer of Calico. During his tenure, his team realigned the company and drove its position as a leading e-business infrastructure provider through a tenfold revenue increase to more than $40 million and market value of more than $2 .5 billion as one of the top-performing IPOs of 1999. Dave has also served as senior vice president of worldwide operations for Pure Atria Software Corporation. He also spent more than 11 years with Lotus Development Corporation, where he served as vice president of field sales and services. In that position, Dave led the build-out of the company's global sales & services effort, which helped to establish Lotus and its flagship Lotus Notes product as an industry-defining software standard. Dave holds a BS in marketing management from the University of Rhode Island. |
