Mr. Worsham joined Pinion Software in 2001 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from HotData, a leader in one-to-one marketing solutions. At HotData, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Worsham repositioned the company from serving the small-business market to focus on targeted vertical enterprises. Mr. Worsham was instrumental in building the sales, marketing, and professional services and business development teams from the ground up to deliver the new HotData 1-to-1 service offering to fortune 500 companies. The company was acquired in April 2001 by Group 1 Software.Prior to HotData, Mr. Worsham was the Vice President and General Manager of the Americas region for Micrografx. With P/L oversight, annual sales of 25+ million and more than 50 sales, marketing, and support personnel, Mr. Worsham was responsible for organizing the region into profitable customer units. Other key positions that Darryl held during his 11-year tenure included General Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Global Corporate Sales Division, Enterprise Account Management and Channel Marketing. Additionally, Mr. Worsham handled duties in product management and spearheaded the development of the Internet Products Group. Micrografx went public in 1991. Mr. Worsham holds a B.S. in Education from Oklahoma State University. |
