As vice president of programs for Geneva, Darryl Thrasher brings the company extensive experience in product development, project management, configuration management, requirements planning, integrated product team development, order fulfillment and logistics.
Prior to joining Geneva, Thrasher held a position as vice president of operations at Intrusion, Inc. and SpectraPoint Wireless, where he was responsible for project management, product development, configuration management, technical documentation, order fulfillment, supply chain management and logistics.
Prior to his work at SpectraPoint, Thrasher was the deputy program manager for Raytheon's Affordable Multi-Missile Manufacturing program. Thrasher also held various management positions at Texas Instruments, including operations manager for the Guided Munitions Division, proposal manager for the Joint Stand-Off Weapon (JSOW) LRIP program, planning operations manager for the JSOW EMD program, division administrator for the Paveway Laser Guided Bomb program, and manufacturing engineer for the Paveway program.
Thrasher earned a bachelor's degree in business, with majors in accounting and management, from Harding University. |
