Darren Breitkreuz, 37, has served as a Director of the Company since April 16, 2007. Mr. Breitkreuz has over ten years of experience in the financial markets. Between March 2006 and August 2006, Mr. Breitkruz served as a consultant to Crafty Admiral Enterprises Ltd., a Vancouver, British Columbia based oil and gas exploration company. Prior to Crafty Admiral, between October 2004 and June 2005, Mr. Breitkreuz provided consulting services to Apiva Ventures Ltd, a shell company located in Delta, British Columbia, where he assisted in Apiva’s pursuit of new business opportunities and potential acquisitions. From October 2002 to August 2004, Mr. Breitkreuz served as the President and a member of the board of directors of SmartVideo Technologies, Inc., a Duluth, Georgia based technology company that offered television content broadcasting live, on demand and download-and-play for mobile video consumers. |
