Darren D. Messina Vice President Design and Construction Mr. Messina joined Carpenter & Company in 1987. He is currently coordinating design and construction for the Charles Street Jail Hotel Project in Boston, and a Whole Foods retail store in West Hartford, Connecticut. While at Carpenter, Mr. Messina has also served as project manager for the Logan Airport Hilton and the Brookline Courtyard Marriott. Mr. Messina has also worked on design and construction issues relating to the Boston Convention Center Headquarters Hotel. Mr. Messina was also a consultant and project manager to Gap, Inc. for the development of 5430 Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy Chase, Maryland and project manager and tenant coordinator for Town Square Wheaton, a 152,000 square foot shopping center developed by Carpenter and GAP, Inc. in Wheaton, Illinois. Mr. Messina received a B.A. degree in marketing and management from Boston University in 1987. |
