Darren C. Barreiro is a partner of the firm in its Litigation Department. Mr. Barreiro concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and real estate litigation, with a particular emphasis in Chancery (Equity) matters.Prior to joining the firm, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Jack L. Lintner in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Middlesex County, now a Judge of the Superior Court, Appellate Division. A graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University (1993), Mr. Barreiro received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law (1998). Mr. Barreiro is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State, Middlesex County and the Federal Bar Associations. |
