Mr. Graddy has more than twenty years executive experience with Lockheed Martin Company and is currently the Vice President of Advanced Programs and M&A for Lockheed Martin Information Technology (LMIT). Prior positions within LMIT included Vice President of Applications Development and Maintenance Solutions (ADMS) Operating Unit (OU), a 3,000 member organization offering systems engineering, business process re-engineering (BPR), applications/systems development, and implementation to the Federal Government. Customers included: the DoE, NNSA, NRC, EPA, CDC, SSA, FDIC, DOD, Navy, Congress, EoP, and NIH.
Additionally, during his twenty four years with Lockheed Martin, Mr. Graddy has served in a variety of executive positions including Aerospace Production Operations Director, Aerospace Program Director, Electronics Center of Excellence Program Director, and Advanced Environmental Systems Operations Director. He has also excelled as Vice President for the Lockheed Martin TWRS-P Project and for the Energy, Environmental, and Transportation line of business. These positions included responsibility and accountability for operational performance, facilities and capital planning, E&SH, business development, product development, advanced technologies, contract management, budgets, and profit and loss.
He has established a reputation for visionary leadership, operational excellence, outstanding teamwork through clear and concise communications, strong customer relations and consistent market share expansion resulting in annual double digit growth and returns to shareholders.
Mr. Graddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Southern College. He was the 2001 recipient of the Lockheed Martin IT President's Eagle Award and a three time recipient of the Lockheed Martin Top 100 Employee Award in 1986, 1993, and 1995. |
