Mr. Elliott is EODT’s Director of Business Development. He is a proposal and new business development professional with an extensive background of experience directing the development of proposals and orals presentations for the Departments of Energy; State, Justice, and Defense (Army, USACE, Navy, and Air Force), as well as for federal agencies, including EPA and NASA. He has played a critical role in transforming EODT into a large-scale contract competitor by drawing from expertise in extremely large proposals as well as a proven performance record for winning techniques and insights. As a principal author, he supported the winning proposals for the USACE Huntsville and Legacy Depot and Mobile Team Munitions Response in Iraq contracts valued at $160 million. He has designed and implemented improvements to all business development systems that support marketing, sales, and proposals, including resumes; experience; management practices; technical practices; and the collecting of performance data/metrics and graphics/photographs. In addition, he brings experience managing marketing and sales functions. |
