Darlene has been in the collection industry for over 25 years. She has been with Windham Professionals since 1994, starting as a collector. Currently in her position of Asst. VP of Business Process, Darlene oversees the complete scope of Windham's operating systems. She identifies, recommends, and implements system upgrades and ancillary product enchantments. Darlene analyzes system procedures, including collector queue maintenance, client profile updates, product interfaces, business continuation, and disaster recovery plans. She is also responsible for ensuring that all new business accounts are properly implemented on Windham's systems. Darlene attended Northern Essex Community College. She has completed FDCPA Collection Training and annually attends the DAKCS A/R Collections and System training. Darlene has attended every DAKCS Conference since 1999 when she was promoted to Manager of Computer Operations. She was voted to the DAKCS Advisory Board representing the Northeast Region in November 2006. Her knowledge of the Sting will have a positive impact on the Board and all the DAKCS clients in her region. Her interests are mountain biking, boating, fishing, dancing, NASCAR races and enjoying her 2 granddaughters. |
